摘要
目的 :对妇康乐洗剂进行体外抗菌试验 ,测定其MIC值和MBC值。方法 :采用美国国家临床试验标准化委员会 (NCCLS)建议的《酵母菌的液基稀释法抗真菌药物敏感试验参考方案》进行试验。结果 :测得妇康乐洗剂最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)为 1 8～ 195 3mg/l和最低杀菌浓度 (MBC)为 1 8～ 115 8 5mg/l。 结论 :妇康乐洗剂对妇康乐洗液对常见细菌具有显著的抗菌作用 ;对铜绿假单胞菌无作用 (MIC >1875mg/l)。
Objective:To determine the minium inhibitory concentrations and minium fungicide concentrarions of Fukangle lotion.Methods:National committee for clinical laboratory standards reference methood for broth micro dilution was used.Results:The MIC of Fukangle lotion ranged from 1 8 mg/ml to 195 3 mg/ml and the MBC was 1 8 mg/ml to 1158 5 mg/ml.Conclusion:Fukangle lotion shows obvious antibacterial activity.
