摘要
企业家生命表是本研究借鉴生态学和人口学的生命表理论方法与技术,用来研究企业家去职和在职过程的生命周期状态一览表。本企业家生命表以2009年6月底止深沪两市1593家上市公司企业家为样本,全面统计了这些公司上市以来8185位历任董事长和总经理的任离职情况,从静态和动态两个角度进行编制,并以此为基础,采用一系列生命表衍生分析方法,对这些企业家生命过程做了全方位的分析。研究结论:我国上市公司企业家生命周期短暂这一经验性判断,通过企业家生命表的编制与分析得到了证实;我国上市公司企业家生命周期短暂的关键影响因素,是公司治理结构不合理、企业家腐败和企业家能力偏低等问题,因此,努力改善这些关键影响因素,完善公司治理机制的法治化建设,推进企业家社会生态位建设与企业家团队机制建设,将是促进我国企业家健康成长的主要途径。
The study of entrepreneurs＇ life table relies on research methods of ecology, the demography and insurance to solve the puzzles about the turnover of entrepreneurs in listed companies in China. Our survey sample covers 1593 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from June 2009 to June 2012. And we mainly collect information about the turnovers of 8185 managers and presidents in order to generate both the dynamic and static life table from our sample. Then we use various methods derived from life table analysis to study the overall life process of the entrepreneurs in China. Our conclusions are as follows： First, the average length of entrepreneurs＇ tenure is short and this is obviously verified through the life table in this paper; Second, three main problemsthe problematic corporate governance structure, entrepreneurs＇ corruption and poor abilities embodied in the entrepreneurs themselves play a vital role in bringing about entrepreneurs＇ early death. So, in order to solve these problems and promote entrepreneurs＇ sustainable development, it is necessary to institutionalize corporate governance, to build an ideal social niche for entrepreneurs and to support entrepreneurial teamwork.
