摘要
组织结构资源已扩展为组织与外界的协作能力,企业与供应商、客户、潜在合作伙伴、甚至竞争者的合作,表现为整个协作网络的资源优势。集群是网络组织的一种组织模式,集群内部可以包容多种网络组织形式,如联盟型网络组织、合作团队、企业(家)协会等,因此集群赋予了企业一定的网络能力。基于来自珠三角地区产业集群的161家企业数据,本文探讨企业网络能力与合作绩效的关系与影响机制。研究结果表明:企业网络能力对企业合作绩效的直接作用不显著,而是通过影响企业网络结构和吸收能力产生间接影响。网络结构和吸收能力在网络能力和合作绩效之间的作用机制不同,网络结构充当了部分中介作用,而吸收能力充当了完全中介作用。
The resources of organizational structure has been extended to the collaboration capabilities between the organization and the outside world, through cooperating with suppliers, customers, potential partners, and even competitors, the performance and advantage of the resources of the entire collaborative network improved. The industrial cluster is one form of organizational model in network organization, the cluster has a variety of organization network forms, the network organization union, cooperation team or association, so the enterprise in industrial cluster are embed in some degree of network. Based on 161 sample companies from the industrial clusters of the Pearl River Delta region, this paper investigates the mechanism that Network competence impacts on inter-enterprises' cooperative performance. The results show that: the direct influence of the network competence on the enterprises' cooperative performance is not significant, but through an indirect effect of the enterprise network structure and absorptive capacity. And the mechanism of network structure and the absorptive capacity play a different role between network competence and enterprises' cooperative performance, the network structure acts as a partial mediator variable, but the absorptive capacity act as a full mediator variable.
