高技术产业地区研发创新效率的决定因素——基于随机前沿模型的实证分析 被引量:81

Research on the Influencing Factors of R&D Innovation Efficiency of High-tech Industry in China: Based on Stochastic Frontier Model

摘要 利用1995-2009年我国高技术产业分地区面板数据,运用随机前沿模型,分析高技术产业地区研发创新效率及其影响因素。主要的研究发现有:我国高技术产业地区研发创新效率处于较低的水平,离前沿面较远,尚有较大的提升空间;地区出口强度、地方基础设施和地理位置对研发创新效率有显著的正向影响,地方政府干预有显著的负向影响,而地区企业规模与研发创新效率呈显著的倒U型关系。本文结论为我国高技术产业研发创新的效率改善提供参考。 Using China's high-tech industry regional panel data during 1995-2009, and applying the stochastic frontier model, this paper analyzes the efficiency of R&D innovation of high-tech industry and its influencing factors. The main findings include: R&D innovation efficiency of high-tech industry is at a low level, and still has a large room for further improvement; the intensity of local export, local infrastructure and geographic location have a significant positive impact on the R&D innovation efficiency, but the intervention of local governments has a significant negative impact; there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between regional firm size and R&D innovation efficiency. The conclusion of this paper provides a useful reference to the improvement of R&D innovation efficiency of China' s high-tech industry.
