摘要
目的:探讨中医指导性护理对开胸术后患者疗效的影响。方法:将本院2010年6月—2013年1月期间收治的进行了开胸手术的64例患者随机分为两组,每组32例,对照组采用常规术后饮食习惯进行进食;干预组除常规饮食注意外,对患者采用中医指导性护理干预,并且对两组患者术后的相关指标(食欲情况、心慌情况、便秘情况、抑郁情况、患者满意度)进行比较,以此对两组患者的饮食护理效果对开胸手术术后患者的疗效影响进行评定。结果:通过中医指导性护理干预的干预组患者术后出现食欲不振、心慌、便秘现象的比例分别为3.13%、12.50%和3.13%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);通过一段时间饮食指导的干预组患者抑郁情况明显好转,且好于对照组患者(P<0.05);通过饮食指导的干预患者组术后满意度高于对照组患者。结论:饮食对患者术后恢复的影响很大,中医指导性护理不仅能够加快患者身体的恢复,还会对患者的心理情况产生一定的积极作用;同时正确的中医指导性护理干预也建立了良好的护患关系,使患者满意度提高,大大提升了护理质量。
Objective：The influence of using guiding diet on the curative effect of patients after thoracotomy was discussed.Methods：64 patients,were who treated with thoracotomy in our hospital from June 2010 to January 2013,were randomly assigned into 2 groups,32 patients for each group.Control group had the conventional postoperative eating habits,while intervention group,in addition to the conventional diet,was given nursing intervened by TCM guiding diet,then the related indicators（appetite,palpitation,constipation,depression and patient satisfaction） of the two groups after surgery were compared,hereby the effect of diet nursing on the curative effect of patients after thoracotomy was evaluated.Results：In intervention group which was intervened by guiding diet,the occurrence rate of poor appetite,palpitation and constipation were 3.13%,12.50% and 3.13%,which were significantly lower than those of control group（P0.05）.The depression was improved significantly,and better than that of the control group（P0.05）,and the patients′ satisfaction was higher than that of control group too.Conclusion：The effect of diet on postoperative recovery in patients is very significant.TCM guiding diet can not only speed up patients′ recovery,but also has a positive effect on patients′ psychology.At the same time,correct guiding diet intervention could build a good nurse-patient relationship,improve the patients′ satisfaction,and then the quality of care could be enhanced greatly.
