摘要
目的:探究分析四物汤治疗妇科血瘀证原发性痛经的临床疗效与配伍规律,以此为提高妇科原发性痛经的临床治疗效果提供有效依据。方法:选取自2010年11月—2012年10月在本院接受临床治疗的原发性痛经患者150例,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,其中对照组患者采取常规西药治疗,予以芬必得与维生素B6,观察组患者进行中医治疗,予以四物汤进行辨证论治,比较分析两组患者临床治疗效果,并分析四物汤的配伍规律,完善相关数据的统计分析。结果:采取对照治疗,观察组临床治疗有效率92.0%,显著优于对照组78.7%,P<0.05;而对所有患者进行为期1年的随访调查,其中观察组患者6个月及12个月复发率为6.7%、8.0%,显著少于对照组14.7%、17.3%,P<0.05,相关比较均具有统计学意义。结论:四物汤类方治疗原发性痛经具有安全、高效的优点,而且可以根据患者身体差异性进行辨证治疗,有效提高治疗的针对性,而且通过研究类方配伍规律,也可以提高不同类方的应用效率,进而提高痛经的临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and compatibility law of Siwu Decoctions on primary dysmenorrhea,in order to improve gynecological clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and provide an effective basis.Methods:Since November 2010 to October 2012,150 patients with primary dysmenorrhea in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In control group,patients took conventional western medicine,Fenbid with vitamin B6,while in observation group,patients were given Chinese medicine treatment of Siwu Decoctions according to syndrome differentiations.Comparative analysis of two groups′patients was carried on.Results:The clinical efficiency of the observation group was 92.0%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(78.7%),P0.05.According to one-year follow-up survey,patients′ 6 months and 12 months recurrence rate was 6.7%,8.0% in the observation group,which was significantly less than that of the control group(14.7%,17.3%),P0.05.Conclusion:Siwu Decoctions treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is safe with high efficiency,and can be carried out according to the syndrome differentiation,and effectively improve the treatment direction.Futhermore,through researches on compatibility rules,it can improve the application efficiency of different types,and improve the clinical efficacy of dysmenorrhea,and it should be widely applied.
