摘要
运用循证医学文献系统评价方法,建立"脾虚证文献信息采集表",对近25年脾虚证诊断标准文献进行研究,共纳入合格研究文献23篇,经统计分析,脾虚证临床症状、舌象、脉象排序前10位依次为:食欲减退、舌淡、乏力、舌胖嫩/胖大、大便溏泄、舌边有齿痕、脉细、消瘦、面色萎黄、食后腹胀,与脾虚证国家标准、学会标准存在差异。
By using the method of literature system evaluation on Evidence-based Medicine,and establishing information collection table of spleen deficiency syndrome literature,the literature on spleen deficiency diagnosis standard in recent 25 years was analyzed.Finally 23 pieces of qualified research literature were used in the study.Through the statistic analysis,the top ten clinical symptoms,the tongue examination and pulse conditions in turn are anorexia,paletongue,tiredness,enlarged tongue,loose stool,tongue edge with tooth marks,pulse small,marasmus,sallow complexion,abdominal distension after meals,which are different from the national standards and academic committee standards on spleen deficiency syndrome.
