溃疡性结肠炎手术关键——贮袋及贮袋失败的处理

摘要 溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）是发生于结肠和直肠黏膜的弥漫性炎性疾病。随着药物治疗的进步，UC的内科治疗已明显改善，近年欧美国家UC病人结肠切除率在9％～21％，比早年报道的23％～45％明显下降。我国UC结肠切除率偏低，但目前无确切数据。邓卫萍等报道11年间诊治UC病人312例，其中34例（10．9％）行手术治疗。
