摘要 超高压输电线路避雷线进线与变电所门型构架联接处经常出现发热现象,甚至出现过联接处烧断避雷线搭接输电线路上造成跳闸事故。本文应用远红外技术诊断了一例500 kV线路避雷线与"门"形构架联接处发热现象,详细分析了发热的形成原因,现场检查结果表明分析的准确性。同时介绍了发热点缺陷处理的方法,对避雷线绝缘联接方式的设计提出了具体建议,为防止今后出现类似情况提供了经验。 It is often superheat at the joint of door type architecture and lightning line of EHV transmission lines, and even the tripping accidents of the lightning line lapping transmission line is caused by the broken of the joint. A superheat phenomenon of the joint of door type architecture and lightning line of 500 kV transmission lines is diagnosed by the use of far infrared technology. The formation reasons of the superheat are detailed analyzed. The accuracy of the analysis is showed by onsite inspection results. The processing method of hot spots is introduced. The designs of insulation connection of lightning line are proposed. This experience is provided to prevent the similar situations in the future.
