通过对电瓷材料显微结构影响其强度因素的分析,在生产中把好原料质量、合理优化配方及科学的控制工艺参数,就可稳定地控制生产铝质高强瓷,使其机械性能可以满足顶部振打除尘结构的电除尘器的使用要求。
Through the analysis of the factors of electro ceramics micro-structure which strength, the strength of high aluminum ceramics could be controlled steadily by controlling of raw material, optimizing ingredi attects its the quality ents and scientifically controlling the technical specifications in the process of production, so as to meet the operating requirement of the electrostatic precipitator with top raping structure.
