摘要
为提高330 kV耐张复合绝缘子串的绝缘水平,通过电场分析,对绝缘子串不安装均压环、单独安装均压环或均压屏蔽环、同时安装均压环和均压屏蔽环以及加装一片xp-100瓷绝缘子等五种情况下的电场分布做了仿真计算。结果说明,均压屏蔽环对于降低绝缘子串连接区、连接金具、均压环及导线上的电场强度有显著作用,但其自身的电场强度却无法降低。在绝缘子串下端加装一片盘型悬式瓷绝缘子可有效降低均压屏蔽环上的电场强度,有助于提高绝缘子串的绝缘水平。
In order to improve the insulation level of composite insulator used for 330 kV tension string, the electric field distribution under five conditions are calculated: (1)String without grading ring; (2)String with grading ring; (3)String with grading and shielding ring; (4)String with both grading ring and grading and shielding ring; (5)String with one xp-100 porcelain insulator at the bottom of it. Calculating results indicate that the grading and shielding ring can obviously reduce the field gradient of connection zone of insulator, link fittings, grading ring and conductor, but the field gradient of itself can not be reduced. Add a porcelain insulator at the the field gradient of the grading and shielding tension string. bottom of the composite insulator can effectively reduce ring, therefore can improve the insulation level of the
