摘要
目的 :探讨女性淋病与各类常见并发症的关系 ,为临床防治提供有价值资料。方法 :对临床确诊的女性淋病患者 ,经超声对子宫及双侧附件、子宫颈、子宫后穹窿部位横切及纵切扫描。结果 :主要超声表现为子宫后穹窿不同程度积液 2 3例 ,子宫颈肿大 6例 ,输卵管积液 5例 ,卵巢囊性肿块 3例 ,妊 8周～ 12周妊囊脱落 2例 ,宫内外同时有妊囊反射1例 ,输卵管壶腹部有妊囊反射 1例 ,子宫颈及子宫双侧附件正常的 9例。结论 :女性淋病患者可引起盆腔炎、输卵管炎、自然流产、宫外孕、卵巢囊肿、不孕证等并发症。
Objective To investigate the relationship between female gonorrhea and various common complications and to provide valuable information for antituberculosis.Methods Transverse and longitudinal section scanning was carried out in uterus,bilateral adnexa,cervix and dauglus's cul-de-sac in established cases.Results Hydrops of douglus's cul-de-sac was found in 23 cases,hyperplasia of cervix uteri in 6,sactosal pinx in 5,oophoritic cyst in 3,exfoliation of pregnancy sac in 2 (8-12 pregnancy weeks),intrauterine and extrauterine pregnancy sac reflex in 1,pregnancy sac reflex in ampullary portion of tube in 1,and normal cervix and bilateral adnexa in 9.Conclusion Complications of femal gonorrhea,such as pelvic inflammation,ureteritis,spontaneous abortion,ectopic pregnancy oophoritic cyst,infertility,may do a lot of harm to the patients.
