提升职业指导有效性的几个途径——以仙林大学城经管类职业指导为例 被引量：5

摘要 目前职业指导存在着效果不显著和效率较低的问题,即职业指导的效力不足。应该通过更新职业发展理念、提升职业指导的多元化水平、结合专业化教学过程,构建职业化职业指导队伍,搭建便捷的信息沟通平台,以及整合校友资源咨询来提升职业指导的效果和效率,以提升职业指导的效果。
