ELISA法检测抗-HCV灰区设置探讨 被引量：15

摘要 目的探讨ELISA法检测抗-HCV灰区的设置。方法对本中心33份ELISA法检测"灰区"标本进行重组免疫印迹试验(RIBA)。结果本中心为最大程度的保障血液安全,将灰区范围设置在Cut off值以下50%范围。在33份样本中,位于Cut off值以下10%～20%范围内,通过RIBA确认方法检测出"不确定性"1例。结论证实"灰区"范围内的标本很有可能还存在病毒复制,有一定的传染性。
