摘要
以外出务工为视角,利用广东省云浮市13个村庄的调查数据对村民参与村级民主决策的认知和实践进行了实证分析。研究发现,由于外出务工经历不同,村级民主决策中村民在参与认知、参与广度、参与原因、参与方式、参与深度以及参与效度方面存在一定的差异,部分差异随着村民外出务工经历的增加呈现出特定的变化趋势。外出务工经历一定程度上影响了村民对村级民主决策的参与,相关部门在组织实施村级民主决策的过程中必须给予足够的重视。
The paper has an empirical research on villagers＇ cognition and practices by which they participate in democratic decision-making in the point of migrant state by analyzing the survey data of 13 villages in Yunfu, Guangdong Province. Because of different migrant experiences, villagers have certain differences in cognition, the breadth, the reasons, the ways, the depth, as well as the validity of participation, some parts of this differences present special trends along with villagers migrant experiences＇ increasing. Migrant experiences have an effect on villagers＇ participation on democratic decision-making, relevant government bodies have to give adequate attention to implementing village democratic decision-making.
