摘要
目的 :研究酸枣仁单方对猫觉醒—睡眠节律的影响。方法 :采用多导睡眠图描记方法 ,以脑电图 ( EEG)、肌电图 ( EMG)、眼电图 ( EOG)不同变化为睡眠分期的区分指标 ,观察酸枣仁注射液对猫睡眠的影响。结果 :腹腔注射酸枣仁单方注射液后 ,睡眠时间在注射药物后第 1个小时段即延长 ,并逐渐增加 ,第 4个小时段增加达最大 ,之后缓慢降低。猫在睡眠过程中 ,与对照组相比 ,觉醒期缩短 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,慢波睡眠期延长 ( P<0 .0 5) ,其中慢波睡眠深睡期明显延长 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,异相睡眠期变化无统计学意义。结论 :酸枣仁醇法提取后的有效成分可使猫的慢波睡眠时间延长 ,提示其有效成分有助于猫的入睡 ,并使深睡时间明显延长 。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Semen ziziphi spinosae extract on Sleep Wakefulness regulation.Methods:Polysomnography was used to record the changes of EEG,EMG and EOG in cat in different sleeping periods,and observed the inflence of Semen ziziphi spionsae extract(1g/kg) on them. Results:One hour after single Semen ziziphi spinosae injection,the sleeping time elongated and increased slowly,reached the peak in the 4th hour and then slow down.In the course of sleeping,the SWS and SWSⅡ elongated markedly( P <0 01)but the SWS I and PS had no significant change.Conclusion:The ethanol extraction of Semen ziziphi spinosae can help the cat sleep deeply.
