摘要
目的 :采用薄层扫描法对健脾口服液中百秋李醇进行含量测定。方法 :样品经过适当提取后点于硅胶G薄层板上 ,以石油醚 (30～ 6 0°C) -乙酸乙酯 -冰醋酸 (90∶15∶0 2 )为展开剂 ,5 %三氯化铁乙醇液显色 ,检测波长λS=5 90nm ,λR=6 5 0nm。结果 :平均回收率为 99 31,RSD =1 40 %。结论 :薄层扫描法简便、灵敏、准确 ,可用于健脾口服液质量控制。
To determine the content of baiqiuli alcohol in Jianpi oral liquid TLC scanning.Methods:The extractive solution of the preparation was analysed on silica G plate,using the upper petroleum ether(30-60°C) -ethylacetate aceticacid glacial (90:15:0 2)as the developing system,5% ferric chloride ethanol solution as the spray reagent,then detected by dual wavelength scanning(λ S=590nm λ R=650nm).Results: The average recovery was 99 31%,RSD=1 40%.Conclusions:The method is simple,sensitive accurate and available for quality control of shujinlijieliniment film.
