摘要
目的 :制定咳舒平颗粒剂的质量标准 ;方法 :采用TLC法对五味子、白术和补骨脂进行定性鉴别 ,采用反相HPLC法测定补骨脂素、异补骨脂素含量。结果 :含量测定补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的平均回收率分别为 10 2 4%(RSD =1 9% )和 10 1 5 % (RSD =1 9% )。结论 :本法能有效控制咳舒平颗粒剂的质量。
To develop a quality control method for Keshuping granules.Methods: TLC was employed for qualitative indentification of Fructus schisandrae,Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and Fructus psoraleae.HPLC was used to determine the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in the preparation.Results: Average recovery of psoralen and isopsoralen was 102 4(RSD=1 9%) and 101 5(RSD=1 9%) respectively.Conclusions: This standard is capable of controlling effectively the qualily of Keshuping granules.
