一种适用于水泥稳定基层沥青路面的施工方法 被引量:5

摘要 半刚性基层沥青路面的开裂是尚没有解决好的难题。本文基于水泥稳定基层沥青路面反射裂缝产生机理,在剖析常规施工方法弊端的基础上,提出了一种适用于水泥稳定基层沥青路面的基层、面层连续施工方法。通过试验路研究,证实了利用基层、面层连续施工方法铺筑的水泥稳定基层沥青路面,路面开裂较常规施工方法显著减少,证明了该施工方法在提高路面抗裂方面的有效性。同时,分析了基、面层连续施工方法抗裂的机理。最后,对该施工方法的不足进行了讨论,提出需要在基层压实度控制、层间粘结机理上进一步研究。 The cracking of the semi-rigid base course asphalt pavement is a problem which has not been solved yet. Based on the mechanism of reflective crack of semi-rigid base course asphalt pavement, and the analysis of conventional construction method for the asphalt pavement, a new construction method, called continuous construction of base and asphalt, was presented. The testing road shows that there are less cracks in the asphalt pavement paved by this new construction method than that constructed by conventional method, which validates its effect on promoting crack resistance of asphalt pavement. The mechanism on anti-cracking of this construction method was discussed. At last, some issues needing further study were discussed, such as the control of the base compaction degree, and the bonding mechanism between the base and the asphalt layers.
