尼日尔马拉迪地区女性从事性工作的生物社会因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:基于尼日尔性工作者HIV高发的情形,本文分析了导致尼日尔马拉迪地区女性投身性服务的多项社会生物学因素,以便制定有效控制HIV/AIDS传播的方针和政策。方法:采用质性研究,设计调查问卷,并用SPSS19.0分析各个因素之间的相关性。结果:促使女性从事性服务的主要包括年龄、教育水平、婚姻状况和经济状况4个因素。这4个因素的复杂相关性及其叠加后是造成尼尔马拉迪地区女性造成从事性服务的概率升高的原因。结论:导致该地区女性从事性服务的主要原因是女性缺乏家庭支持生活贫困及教育匮乏而无法自力更生。 Objective:Based on the high HIV prevalence among the sex workers and their clients in Niger, analyze various biosocial factors which may lead women in prostitution in Maradi, Niger,in order to inform effective programs and policies that control the spread of HIV/AIDS a- mong women. Methods: A descriptive qualitative research design was utilized to elicit data, and SPSS software package (version 16.0) was em- ployed to analyze the relevance between factors. The complex relativity and overlap of the four factors increase the probability of the women to take up prostitution in Maradi - Niger. Results: Four themes emerged for the factors influencing women to become prostitutes from the data : age ; education level ; marital status and ; economic context. Conclusion: These findings show that the key factors for these women adopting this type of lifestyle were lack of family support and inability to provide for themselves due to poverty and illiteracy.
