摘要
地膜具有提高土壤温度、保持土壤水分、维持土壤结构、防止害虫侵袭作物等作用,因此得到了广泛应用并极大地促进了我国农业经济的发展。但是,地膜大量残留在土壤中形成残膜很难降解,给农业生产和生态环境造成巨大危害。为了解决残膜易碎、难以回收以及在作业过程中将缠绕的残膜和植物秸秆清除的问题,通过对残膜回收机收膜部件和清理装置的分析,以及在对国内外残膜回收技术研究方法归纳和总结的基础上,提出了实现自动卸膜的对策和方法并且设计出钉刺式残膜回收机自动清理装置。
Mulch plastic film has the function of improving soil temperature,keeping soil moisture,maintaining soil structure,preventing pest attacking action and so on.So used widely and promoted the economic development of agriculture greatly in our country.However,a large number of mulch plastic film in soil forms residual film,it is difficult to degrade and it does harm to agricultural production and the ecological environment enormously.In order to solve the problem of the remnant membrane fragile,difficult recovery and the clearing of intertwining residual film and plant straw,through the analysis of remnant membrane recovery machine parts and the membrane cleaning device,in addition,in the base of induction and summary of residual film recovery technology domestic and overseas,this study put forward countermeasures and methods of the realization of automatic discharge membrane,also designed the device of stud type residual film recovery machine automatic cleaning.
