摘要
精细化管理是一种现代科学的管理理念,具有简约、有效的管理特征。文章结合福建省中小学教育的特点,分析常见的中小学管理中各种方法的利弊,探讨在福建省中小学当中推进精细化管理的途径与方法。
Detailed Management is a kind of scientific management concept in modern times, with simple, effective management features. Referring to the characteristics of the primary and secondary school education in Fujian province, this paper analyses the pros and cons of various methods in the management of common primary and secondary schools and explores the ways and the methods of detailed management in primary and middle schools in Fujian province.
