创伤性脑损伤后大鼠血清缓激肽与创伤区脑组织P物质表达相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨TBI后缓激肽(BK)和P物质(SP)在触发神经源性炎症中的作用机制。方法 40只Wistar大白鼠,体重280g±10g,随机分为4组:对照组(C组),轻度创伤组(M1组),中度创伤(M2组),重度创伤组(S组),以上4组每组10只。Feeney法制作轻、中、重度脑损伤大鼠模型,造模1h后,断头取血,开颅取脑,ELISA测血清BK含量,免疫组化检测大鼠脑皮层损伤处脑细胞中SP表达情况并进行图像分析。结果各损伤组大鼠血清BK及脑皮层损伤区脑组织SP阳性表达较对照组阳性表达有明显增强(P<0.05),且以上指标随损伤程度的加重而增强(P<0.05),血清BK含量与脑组织SP蛋白表达之间成正相关(P<0.05)。结论 BK和SP在TBI后触发神经源性炎症进而导致创伤性脑水肿的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。
