摘要
江苏城市职业学院应用电子技术专业构建了"岗位主导、理实一体"的校企合作应用型人才培养模式。该模式从人才培养目标制订、课程开发、师资培训、课题研发以及实训基地建设等方面对校企合作进行了探索。实践表明,该模式有效培养了学生的实践能力,提高了教学质量,形成了校企合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展的校企共赢局面。
This paper discusses a practical mode of school-business cooperation, committed to trainingobjectives, curricula, teaching staffs, research and practices. In turn, this cooperation helps school teachers share with business technicians the resources,information, hence achieving the mutual benefit.
