摘要
目的探讨高龄患者白内障手术中自发性前房积血的发病机制及处理措施。方法回顾分析我院5年来高龄白内障手术167例，其中4例（81～90岁）术中发生自发性前房积血，观察其积血时机与转归。结果积血量不大，常规完成白内障摘出并人工晶状体植入术，术后未再积血。结论高龄患者调整好全身情况，一般可顺利完成小切口白内障摘出手术，术中前房积血时利用黏弹剂防止进一步增加，预后良好。
Objective To discuss the pathogenesis and treatment of intraoperative spontaneous hyphema in senile patients with cataract. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 167 senile patients with cataract in the last five years in our hospital. In which the occasion and prognosis of 4 cases of （81 ~ 90） years old with spontaneous hyphema in cataract extraction surgery were analysed. Results All patients un- derwent cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation with little hemorrhage. There was no secondaryhemorrhage after operation. Conclusion The senile patients can be accomplished small incision cataract surgery successfully with good body condition. The hemorrhage can be controlled with viscoelastic substance. The prognosis is good.
