摘要
目的:探讨双切口白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法:回顾分析我院急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者58例(65眼),均接受双切口白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术,观察术后的视力、眼压、滤过泡形态及并发症情况。结果:在65眼中,术后矫正视力:0.02～0.1者16眼,0.1～0.3者34眼,0.4～1.0者15眼,视力较术前均有不同程度提高。术后眼压:62眼眼压维持在正常;3眼辅助滴药降压,2个月后停药眼压控制正常。术后功能型滤过泡59眼。无严重并发症发生。结论:双切口白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术是一种安全有效的手术方法。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of the combined dual-incision phacoemulsification with trabeculectomy surgery in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract patients. Methods： 58 Patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract （65 eyes） treated by the combination of dual-incision cataract phacoemulsification with trabeculectomy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The complications were observe postoperat d. Results ： ive visions, intraocular pressure （IOP）, filtering blebs and After operation, the corrected vision of 16 eyes was： 0.02-- 0.1, 34 eyes was 0.1--0.3, and 15 eyes was 0.4--1.0 The vision of the eyes had been improved to a certain degree compared with that before the operation. Post-operative IOP of 62 eyes were normal, IOP of 3 other eyes could be eye drops. And 59 eyes were pos curred in these eyes. Conclusion： reduced with eye drops and remain normal 2-month after stopping toperative functional filtering blebs. No severe complications occual-incision phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy is a safe and effective method in treating patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract.
