摘要
应用型人才是近年来大学人才培养的主要方向,但应用型本科人才能力与社会需求依然存在一定的差距,这从当前大学生就业难现象可见一斑。为此,论文借用质量功能展开理论(QFD),从社会对大学生应具备的能力要求入手,结合现今应用型本科人才培养方案,得出各种社会需求能力因素的质量权重及其在应用型本科人才培养方案中的重要度,找出社会需求与应用型本科人才培养方案的吻合度,对于指导本科应用型人才培养方案的制定及提高大学生适应社会需求的能力有重要意义。
Developing the applied students is the main training direction of university in recent years, but there is still a certain gap between the ability of applied undergraduate and social demand,which can be read from the remarkable phenomenon of the difficult employment of college students. And therefore, the paper derives, from the existing training plan in university, the quali- ty weights of social demand and the importance of training program for applied university students and the fitness of social de- mand and application--oriented talents training scheme,which has important significance for the guidance of making application --oriented talents training plan and improving the students＂ ability to adapt to the demand of society.
