多软骨炎合并非霍奇金淋巴瘤累及呼吸系统1例临床分析

摘要复发性多软骨炎（RP）是一种少见累及全身多个系统的疾病,其病因尚未明确,临床具有反复发作和缓解、进展性、炎性破坏性的病变。其特点是：累及软骨和其他全身结缔组织包括耳、眼、鼻、关节、心血管系统及呼吸道等,大多数以呼吸道受累为首发表现。
