玻璃的活性和预处理对镀膜的影响

摘要 玻璃的表面活性非常大,已超出了人们的想象。相比于玻璃的使用者,玻璃的生产商和加工商对玻璃这一特性更加关注。本文阐述了玻璃第一阶段腐蚀的条件和特点,并进一步说明了防止第二阶段腐蚀的方法。对于玻璃的磨边、钻孔、开槽等预处理加工引起的玻璃粉和水溶液的危害也作了详细的说明。同时也说明了水质条件对玻璃镀膜加工的的影响。 The surface activity of glass is larger enough than one can image. Comparing with glass user, the producer and processor of glass take more attention to this property. In this paper the conditions and characteristics of glass erosion in the 1st stage were described, and the methods for preventing glass from erosion in the 2nd stage were also presented.
