浮法玻璃厂设备节电及实践

Practice on Power-save of Equipments in Glass Factory

摘要 浮法玻璃生产线上有大量的风机、水泵、压缩机等动力设备,它们整体耗电量大,且具有很大的节电潜力。本文着重讲述了风机、水泵、压缩机等的节电原理,并从浮法玻璃生产实际出发,对节电设备提出了一些技术要求;并对具体节电改造思路、实践及其经济效益和运行方面进行了总结。 There are many power units, such as blowers ,water pumps and compressors. These units consume much power energy , conversely they have tremendous power-save potential . Therefore , in this paper the power-save principle of blower, water pump and compressor was focused . Some technical requirements on power-save equipment were suggested on the basis of float glass production . The reconstruction thought , practice, economic efficiency and measures for implement of power-save were also summarized.
