摘要
本文对搜集到的29份原种1份变种进行了3年驯化栽培和离体培养研究,并利用层次分析法对花色、花径、花朵数、花香、花期长短、显花度、花葶(花茎)长度、叶形、叶长、株型、株高、生长势、抗性能力、药用价值、食用价值等指标进行综合评价,建立了观赏利用价值的评价体系。结果表明,采用此评价体系,筛选出了3种石斛‘金钗石斛’、‘鼓槌石斛’和‘美花石斛’,其综合性状最佳,可进行推广。
In this paper,the domesticating cultivation and the culture in vitro of the 29 stocks and 1 variety had been conducted for three years,their indexes such as flower color,flower diameter,number of flowers,fragrance,flowering time,displaying of flower,scape length,leaf shape,leaf length,plant height,plant type,growth,resistance,medicinal value and edible value were comprehensively evaluated to construct the evaluation system of ornamental and use values by using AHP.The result showed that using the evaluation system,the three species such as D.chrysotoxum,D.nobile and D.loddigesii were screened out,which had the best comprehensive traits for promotion.
