摘要
研制成用于复合树脂磨光的可弯曲耐湿磨光片及磨光条,其厚度和刚度均符合临床要求。对片基表面进行预处理较好地解决了片基与粘合剂及磨料的粘结问题。磨光片(条)的磨料颗粒分粗、中、细三种,便于临床操作,磨光效果良好。毒性试验表明对人体无毒;电镜观察复合树脂的磨光性能与国外同类产品相似。
A series of flexible and wet-resisting disks and strips has been developed for finishing composite resin. Their thickness and rigidity are up to the clinic standard. The problem of cohesiveness between the disk base, binding agent and abrasive has well been settled with pretreatment of the base surface. The grain of abrasive of the disks and strips is divided into three sorts, rough, middle and fine, which is easy to use and gives good results. A toxicity test shows that the disks and strips are innocuous to human body. By observation with the electron microscope its finishing property is similar to that of the overseas products of the same kind.
