急性农药中毒并发急性胰腺炎四例

摘要 4例不同种类农药急性中毒患者既往均没有胰腺疾病，中毒后均表现出胰腺炎或胰腺损伤症状，经积极抢救，2例好转出院，2例自动出院者因多器官功能衰竭后死亡。
