肺栓塞并反复胸腔积液延误诊断一例被引量：1

摘要肺栓塞并发胸腔积液临床报道较少，一般不将其作为胸腔积液常规病因来考虑。本文复习一例肺栓塞并发胸腔积液反复住院患者的临床资料，探讨其胸腔积液的特点，分析积液与肺栓塞的关系，提高临床诊断的警惕性。
