新辅助化疗在中晚期宫颈癌术前的临床应用分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨中晚期宫颈癌术前新辅助化疗的临床疗效。方法:分析我院收治的中晚期宫颈癌患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组(新辅助化疗组)30例和对照组(单纯化疗组)30例。结果:观察组临床疗效总缓解率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,宫颈癌患者临床疗效差异均有统计学意义。结论:新辅助化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者临床疗效明显,可以有效提高手术治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
