摘要
目的:研究一次力竭游泳后小鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-4和IFN-γ/IL-4的变化及人参煎剂的干预作用,为改善力竭所致的运动性免疫抑制寻找安全有效的中药调理方法。方法:96只小鼠随机分为B、G、M、MG组,采用无负重力竭游泳方式建立运动性免疫抑制模型,力竭后即刻、6h、24h、48h、72h采血,分离血清,ELISA法检测IFN-γ和IL-4含量。结果:①IFN-γ:力竭后降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);48h时,MG高于M(P<0.05)。②IL-4:6h时,M高于B和MG(P<0.05)。③IFN-γ/IL-4比值:力竭后减小(P<0.05),48h后,MG增大(P<0.01或P<0.05);MG相同时间点比值均大于M(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:一次力竭游泳运动可使小鼠血清IFN-γ含量降低和血清IL-4含量一过性升高;人参煎剂可促进小鼠血清IFN-γ和IL-4含量恢复至正常水平,缩短力竭运动后的免疫抑制时间。
Objective: Study on the changes of serum IFN -y, IL - 4, IFN - Y/IL - 4 on mice after exhaustive swimming and the cffect of ginseng decoction, in order to search safe and potent Chinese traditional medicine intervening means for exhausted exercise - induced immunosuppression. Method: 96 mice were devided into 4 groups randomly, such as group B, G, M and MG, let the mice swum without weight - bearing till exhaustion to built the modle of exercise - induced immunosuppression. The mice were sacri- riced exhausted immediately, 6h, 24h, 48h. 72h later, the serum IFN -Y and IL -4 were measured by the way of ELISA. Result: (1)IFN - Y/: They were lower after exhausted ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05). MG was higher than M 48hours later ( P 〈 0. 05 ). (2)IL - 4 : M was higher than B and MG exhausted 6h later ( P 〈 0. 05). (3)IFN - Y/IL - 4 : They were lower after exhausted ( P 〈 0.05 ), MG was higher after 48h, ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). MG were higher than M at every times ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Once exhausted wimming can reduce the serum IFN - Y/and increase IL - 4 transiently; Ginseng decoction can promote serum IFN - Y and increase IL -4 recover to normal level, shorten the immunosuppression time.
