摘要 维生素D结合蛋白（vitaminD—binding protein，VDBP）是一种合成于肝脏的多功能血浆球蛋白，在细胞外肌动蛋白和内毒素清除过程中发挥重要作用。本研究中对54例慢性重型乙型肝炎患者治疗前后的外周血VDBP水平进行动态观察，探讨VDBP与疗效、转归及预后的关系，阐明VDBP在肝细胞再生和肝脏功能恢复中的指示作用。
