摘要
近些年，LIN28B的相关研究工作已引起研究人员的广泛关注，并开始对LIN28B展开多方面、多层次的深入研究。文章从LIN28B的基本性质、对let-7调控机制、与癌症发生的相关机制、对发育的调控及其他相关功能等研究进行较为全面的综述。
LIN28B has captured more and more attention of researchers in recent years, and studies on LIN28B have been extensively undertaken at multiple levels. Here, we comprehensively review the basic properties of LIN28B, its regulation on let-7, its involvement in carcinogenesis, and its control on development and other functions of LIN28B.
