以大咯血为首发症状的肺纤维组织细胞瘤一例

摘要
纤维组织细胞瘤（fibrous histiocytoma，FH）是最常见于皮肤的一类良性肿瘤，也常称为真皮纤维瘤，发生在内脏极其罕见。笔者所在医院收治一例以咯血为首发表现的肺部FH，在进行支气管镜治疗时发生大出血，失血约1000ml，现报道如下。
