中学教师职业紧张与代谢综合征的关系 被引量:8

Relationship between occupational stress and metabolic syndrome among teachers in middle schools

摘要 目的探讨导致中学教师代谢综合征患病的职业紧张因素,为制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,从杭州市西湖区教育局管辖的学校中抽取5所中学800名教师作为调查对象,采用统一设计的健康调查问卷和职业紧张量表进行调查,同时进行体格检查和生化指标检测,应用Logistic回归模型进行分析。结果中学教师MS患病率为21.88%。高度与中度职业紧张者MS患病风险分别为缺乏职业紧张者的4.255倍和2.951倍。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,任务过重、任务冲突、责任感、业务紧张和躯体紧张均为MS患病的危险因素,OR值分别为1.050,1.066,1.049,1.058,1.039(P值均<0.05)。结论任务过重、任务冲突、责任感、业务紧张和躯体紧张为导致中学教师MS患病的职业紧张危险因素。 Objective To explore the relation between occupational stress and metabolic syndrome(MS) among teachers in middle schools.Method By using cluster sampling method,a total of 800 teachers from five middle schools in Xihu District in Hangzhou were selected.Health related questions and Occupational Stress Inventory Revised(OSI-R) questionnaire were implemented,as well as physical examination and biochemical assessment.Results The prevalence of MS was 21.88%.Risk of MS was 4.255 and 2.951 times higher in high and moderate occupational stress groups than in no occupational stress group.Multiple Logistic regression model showed that heavy workload overload,task conflict,responsibility,vocational strain and physical stress was risk factor for MS among middle school teachers,with OR being 1.050,1.066,1.049,1.058,1.039,respectively.Conclusion Occupational stress is closely associated with MS among teachers in middle schools.
