摘要 采用腐植酸钠对棉织物进行染色,研究染色pH值、温度、浴比、氯化钠和腐植酸钠用量对染色织物色深值的影响,探讨腐植酸钠对棉纤维的吸附动力学和热力学。研究结果表明:染浴pH值对染色织物的色深值影响很小,随着染色温度的升高,染色织物的色深值逐渐降低,氯化钠质量浓度为0~15 g/L时染色织物色深值逐渐增加,随着染色浴比的增大染色织物的色深值逐渐降低,腐植酸钠在棉纤维上具有很好的提升性能;染色温度越高,腐植酸钠在棉纤维上的吸附速率越快,半染时间越短,平衡吸附量越低;腐植酸钠在棉纤维上的吸附适合用Freundlich热力学吸附模型描述,其与棉纤维以氢键和范德华力结合为主。 Sodium humate was applied to the dyeing of cotton fabrics.The effects of pH value,temperature,dosages of sodium chloride and sodium humate,and bath ratio on △E value of the dyeings were investigated,along with the absorption dynamics and thermodynamics of sodium humate on cotton.It was found that pH values had less effect on △E value of the dyed fabrics;the △E value decreased with the increase of temperature and bath ratio.When the dosage of sodium chloride ranged from 0 to 15 g/L,the △E value increased with the increase of sodium chloride,but decreased with the increase of the bath ratio;sodium humate exhibited good building-up on cotton;higher the dyeing temperature,faster the absorption rate of sodium humate on cotton;and shorter the half-dyeing time t1/2,lower the equilibrium uptake C∞.Freundlich equation is fit to describe the absorption of sodium humate on cotton,its absorption on cotton is effected mainly by hydrogen bonding and Van der Waals forces.
