摘要
作者对西安地区正常成年男、女各100例共400只手进行了手功能调查,将所得13 600个数据,经电子计算机处理,得出各项手功期均数,作为手功能正常值.其中手的长度、宽度、拇指长度、虎口大小、拇指对掌5项中,男性均大于女性(P<0.01),而拇指内收动度,女性大于男性(P<0.01),各指的掌指关节和指间关节动度,男、女性无显著差异(P>O.05),同一性别左、右手的大小及各指的掌指关节和指间关节活动度无明显差异(P>0.05).
The authors conducted an investigation into the function of both hands in 100 males and 100 females from the Xi 'an area . A total of 13 600 data items obtained were input into a computer and processed with the results in the means of function variables of the hand which were designated as the normal values for hand functions . The length and width of the hand , the length of the thumb , the sbe of the first web space and the thumb opposition were found to be larger in males than in females (P<0.01), while the opposite was true with the thumb adduction ( P<0.01). The difference in range of motion at metacarpophalangeal (MP ) and interphalangeal (IP ) joints between males and females was not significant (P>0.05 ). There was no significant difference , either , in the size and range of motion at MP and IP joints of both hands in subjects of the same sex (P>0.05 ).
