摘要
作者观察了用凝胶过滤技术分离蚯蚓提取物获得的第2、第3和第4组分对MGc803胃癌细胞~3H-TdR参入(单位为cpm)的影响.结果:①第4组分可非常显著地抑制该胃癌细胞的~3H-TdR参入(第4组分2705±488cpm,对照5387±728cpm,P<0.01);②该组分在56℃加热0.5h,上述抑制作用基本消失(加热第4组分5085±490cpm,P>0.05);③第2和第3组分无论加热与否,对该胃癌细胞的~3H-TdR参入均无抑制作用(第2组分5322±292cpm,P>0.005;加热第2组分5341±499cpm,P>0.05;第3组分5036±274cpm,P>0.05;加热第3组分5578±814cpm,P>0.05).实验结果表明,第4组分具有直接抑制MGc803胃癌细胞生长的作用,但该组分缺乏耐热性.
Earthworm extract solution was isolated by gel filtration , and 4 fractions were obtained . We observed the effect of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th fractions on tritium thymidine incorporation in MGc803 gastric tumor cell line . The results showed that the 4th fraction could remarkably inhibit tritium thymidine incorporation in the gastric neoplasm cell (the 4th fraction being 2 705 ± 488 cpm , and the control 5 387 ± 728 cpm ,P<0.01). After the fraction was healed for 0.5 h at 56 t, its inhihiting effect disppeared (the heated 4th fraction being 5 085±490 cpm , P>0.05). Moreover, the 2nd or 3rd fraction , whether heated or not, had no restraining action on DNA synthesis of the gastric tumor cell (the 2nd fraction being 5 322 ± 292 cpm, P>0.05 ; the heated 2nd fraction 5 341 ± 499 cpm , P>0.05 );the 3rd fraction 5 036 ± 274 cpm , P>0.05 and the heated 3rd fraction 5 578 ± 814 cpm , P>0.05 ). Our experiments demonstrated that the 4th fraction had a direct inhibiting effect on the growth of gastric carcinoma cdl line . However , it was short of heat resistance .
