摘要
作者研究了16只狗的牙扭转,时间为3—56d,目的是搞清牙齿扭转对邻牙及其组织影响的程度.组织学观察发现:牙齿扭转所涉及的范围广泛,经调查统计,在16只狗中,14只狗邻牙牙周膜紊乱,10只狗牙周膜发生透明性变.14只狗邻牙发生活跃的骨改建活动、5只狗邻牙有明显的牙根吸收.本实验表明,在牙齿扭转过程中,对邻牙及其周围组织的影响是很明显的.矫治扭转牙必须密切注意邻牙的情况,并适当加以控制,防止对邻牙造成伤害.
The authors studied the tooth rotation in 16 dogs( duration varied from 3 to 56 days ), in order to learn the effects of neighbor tcclh and their periodontal tissues during tooth rotation . It was discovered by hislological observation that remodeling of the tissues took place to a considerable cxlcnt incident to loolh rotation . Our cxpcri-ment showed that among 16 dogs , there were 14 dogs of pcnodonlal ligament (PDL ) disorder . 10 of hyalinization , 14 of active tissue remodeling and 5 of root absorption . The research proves that neighbor tcclh and their ussues are seriously interactional during toolh rotation . We should pay enough attention to control these problems properly to avoid injuries .
