摘要
作者用人表皮细胞培养成细胞单层,于烧伤创面和较深的供皮区创面作同种移植共41例、46例次.一次移植的面积为75—825cm^2,其存活率于供应区者为86％,于削痂创面者为61.2％.其愈合时间均较对照组明显缩短.
Human epidermal cells were cultured to form confluent one cell layer sheets and used as allografts applied onto bum wounds and donor sites of medium thickness skin autografts in 41 cases (46 occasions ). The grafted area was 75-825 cm2 at one time. The survival rate of the allografts was 86% on the donor sites and 61.2% on the tangentially excised eschar wounds . The healing time in both cases was much shorter than that of the control group .
