摘要
作者应用心钠素(ANP)单克隆抗体建立的放射免疫法测定了肝硬变腹水患者30例和健康人30例血浆ANP含量.结果表明病例组ANP值平均为27.2±30.1(ng/L,x±S),明显高于健康组9.7±6.6水平(P<0.01).同时检测的肾素、血管紧张素、醛固酮值,分别为4.2±4.1ng/L,137.6±92.2ng/L和698±573ng/L.三者与正常值(0.88±0.46ng/L,41.2±15.2和86.0±37.5ng/L)比较,P均<0.01.ANP与三者均呈正相关,γ值分别为0.80,1.00,0.94.
Plasma atrial natriuretic pcptidc ( AXP ) in 30 cases of cirrhosis with asdics and 30 normal volunteers was determined by mean of RIA with McAb against ANP . The results showed that the mean value of plasma AXP in cirrhotic patients were higher than in normal subjects (27.2 _ 30.1 ng/L .9.1 _ 6.6 ng L respectively ). The difference was satistically very significant ( P<0.01). The mean value of plasma remn - angiotensin - aldostcron ( RAA ) m these cases was 4.2 ± 4.1 ng/L , 137.6 ± 92.2 ng/L , 698 _ 573 ng L respectively and markedly higher as compared with control ( P<0.01 ). A positive linear correlation between plasma AXP and RAA was observed (r=0.80, 1.00, 0.94 respectively).
