三角形布管帘式折流片换热器传热和流阻性能研究 被引量:2

Research on Heat Transfer and Flow Resistance Performance of Shutter Baffle Heat Exchanger With Triangle Tube Layout in Shell Side

摘要 采用CFD数值模拟方法和周期性全截面计算模型,对三角形布管方式下的帘式折流片换热器折流栅装配方式、折流栅间距、折流片倾角和折流片宽度等几何结构参数对传热和压降的影响规律进行了数值研究,并采用实验测试验证了数值模拟方法及其结果的正确性和准确度。研究结果表明,折流栅间距、折流片倾角对帘式折流片换热器壳程流体传热和阻降性能有显著影响,折流栅装配方式、折流片宽度对其影响较小,建议折流栅间距取为150 mm以内,折流片倾角取为45°以内较为合适。 CFD numerical simulation and periodic whole cross-section computation model are adopted to analyze influence laws of some structural parameters,such as assembly mode of shutter baffles,distance between two adjacent shutter baffles,inclination angle of strips on shutter baffle, width of strips,on heat transfer and flow resistance performance of shutter baffle heat exchanger with triangle tube layout in shell side.The correctness and accuracy of numerical simulation method and its results is confirmed by experiment.Distance between two adjacent shutter baffles and inclination angle of strips have significant effect on heat transfer and flow resistance performance,while the assembly mode of shutter baffles and width of strips have no significant effect,it is recommended that the distance between two adjacent shutter baffles should be within 150 mm,and the inclination angle of strips should be within 45°.
