摘要
作者应用自动化图像分析仪(AIAI)检测老年人胃粘膜不典型增生58例、胃癌25例和正常胃粘膜15例的细胞核DNA含量及核周长(NP)、核面积(NA)和核体积(NV).结果表明:正常胃粘膜组DNA含量为296±0.62(x±S AU),轻、中、重度不典型增生组分别为5.19±0.84(N=26),6.00±1.04(N=18),6.99±1.32(N=14),胃癌组为8.90±1.62各组间相比有显著差异(P<0.01).随病变程度加重,超四倍体和非整倍体细胞增多,轻、中、重度不典型增生和胃癌组分别为13.4%, 24.9%,38.8%和61.4%.各组细胞核NPNA,NV值显示与DNA相类似的变化.提示:细胞核DNA含量、倍体及形态参数的变化,可作为观察病情演变及鉴别癌变倾向的有用指标.
Measurement of nudear DNA content ,area, perimeter and volume using automatic image analysis instrument ( AIAI )was performed on ncrmal gastric mucosa , dysplasia and carcinoma in elderly . The results showed tot the mean DNA content in different lesion groups increased progressively with severity of lesions . The DNA va -lues( arbitrary unit, AU )were 296 ± 0.62 in normal gastric mucosa group(N=15, x ± S ), 5.19 ± 0.84 in mild dysplasia (N=26 ), 6.00 ± 1.04 in moderate dysplasia (N= 18 ), 6.99 ± 1.32 in severe dysplasia (N=14) and 8.90 ± 1.62 in carcinoma group (N=25 ) respectively . There was a significant statistical difference between normal gistric mucosa, dysplasia and carcinoma groups (P<0.01 ). The distribution of DNA content in nistogram revealed that polyploidy was increased successively from mild (13.4%), moderate (24.9%), severe (38.8%) dysplasia to carcinoma (61.4% ). The nudear area , perimeter and volume (NA , NP , NV ) showed similar increase . These findings indicate that quantitative measurement of DNA content and NA , NP , NV would be hdpful for diagnosis and dassification of dysplasia and carcinoma. Patiens with abnormal high DNA content and polyploidy should be followed up to find early gastric carcinoma .
