摘要
我们用重氮胶乳凝集试验(DLAT)检测斯氏狸殖吸虫病患者血清抗体。胶乳试剂由成虫粗制抗原与重氮胶乳交联制成。此法可在3min内得出结果。检测92例患者的阳性率为80.4%。与ELISA比较,对相同样本检测的阳性率无显著差异(80.4%对84.7%,P>0.05);而显著高于对流免疫电泳(CIEP)(80.4%对40.2%,P<0.01)。三种方法对50例正常人血清检测的假阳性率分别为2%,2%和0. DLAT枪测34例包虫病、35例囊虫病血清的交叉反应阳性率显著高于ELISA和CIEP(P<0.05);但对8例血吸虫病、4例肝吸虫病血清的检测结果则与ELISA相同,DLAT可作为肺吸虫感染的血清学过筛方法。
We used diazopolystyrene latex agglutination lest (DLAT) for detection of anti - Paragonimus skrjabini antibody in serum of patients with Paragonimiasis. The latex reagent was made of salincextracted antigen of Paragonimus skrjabini coupled with diazopolystyerne latex. By this method, the result was obtained in only 3 min with a positive rate of 80.4% in 92 patients. This rate is nol significantly different from that (84.7%) by BLISA in the same patients (P>0.05); whereas it is higher than that (40.2%) of CIFP ( P<0.01). The false positive rates of DLAT, ELISA and CIFP for testing 50 normal adults were 2%, 2% and 0 respectively. The cross - reaction rates of DLAT in 34 patients with cchinococcosis and 35 patients with cysticcrcosis were higher than those of the other two methods ( P<0.05), whereas there was no difference of cross - reaction rates between DLAT and FLISA in 8 patients with schistosomiasis and 4 patients with clonoroniasis. It is suggested that DLAT can be of choice for serum screening for Paragonimus skrjabini infection.
