摘要
建设马克思主义学习型政党,既是加强党的建设的重点战略任务,也是建设学习型基层党组织的必然要求。高校大学生学习型党组织建设作为马克思主义学习型政党建设的基础工程,在经济全球化和文化多元化的历史背景下面临着政治、经济、文化等多方面的挑战。综合归纳高校大学生学习型党组织建设的发展现状及其原因,遵循高校党建工作的规律,分析得出高校大学生学习型党组织建设应不断创新思路的结论。通过加强思想建设,促进学风建设,构建高校党总支、学生党支部和大学生的联动机制,加强组织协调并且保证资金投入,切实推进和加强高校大学生学习型政党的建设。
Construction of Marxist learning party, is the key strategic task to strengthen the construction of the party, and it is the inevitable requirement of constructing the learning-type basic-level party organization. Under the background of economic globalization and cultural pluralism, the construction of College students＇ party organization as the foundation of Marxist learning party faces the political, economic and cultural challenges. We have come to a conclusion through an analysis of the comprehensive development situation and reasons, complying with the laws of party construction in colleges and universities. The college students＇ learning party organization construction should have constantly innovative ideas. It is important to strengthen the construction of ideas, promote study style construction, and keep the money in advance the construction of college students learning party.
